4 bedrooms and 3 baths, two of the bedrooms are master suites with a Jacuzzi tub and oversize walk in shower.  All bedrooms are equipped with quality linens, new mattresses and flat screen TV's.  Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer and dryer, a margarita machine, PS4, 60 game arcade table, a pool table, free Wifi and an outdoor shower.  2 Kayaks and Bicycles. Outdoor Surfboard Shower to rinse off from the pool or ocean!


Beach access is just across Ocean Blvd, with a pedestrian crossing for carefree access.  Located on the Intracoastal Waterway with deepwater ocean access, bring your boat, kayak and paddleboard or just relax and fish off the dock.  You’re just steps from world class scuba and snorkeling.  And there is a living coral reef within 100 yards of the shoreline.


You’re less than 1000 feet from the beachfront Sea Watch Restaurant, a Lauderdale landmark.  A half-mile from a shopping plaza with a Publix grocery, CVS pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, First Watch Daytime Café and a half mile further to Anglin’s Fishing Pier for more shops and waterfront dining at famous places like Aruba Beach Café.  Feel free to ride one of our beach bikes or board the Pelican Hopper – a FREE air-conditioned shuttle provided by the town that comes right to the house.  It will take you anywhere in Lauderdale by the Sea or make connections to Las Olas Blvd shops and fine dining, Galt Ocean Mile, more beaches and Galleria Mall.
