Island Beach house

New professional landscaping is featured both front and back, while the outdoor living space boasts a beautiful heated swimming pool, expansive patio for lounging and outdoor eating, and a gorgeous private yard surrounded by tropical foliage.  Outdoor LED lighting lights up the backyard at dusk. There is a BBQ grill and a Big Green Egg Smoker, so bring your best recipes & have some fun!  Head to the beach, lounge by the pool, have happy hour on the patio or walk to the many outdoor restaurants that offer half price happy hours!

Island Beach House has two and a half full baths and three bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a king size bed, and the other 2  bedrooms have a queen size beds.  
 
This Beach house is set up as a beach house getaway!   Everything you need for a stress-free beach holiday is provided for you!  Just bring your swimsuit & flip-flops, beach coolers, water toys, beach towels, beach chairs, surf board, 2 kayaks, 2 bicycles also for you to use while you stay with us  even a beach kart to tote it all there!
