A TV with cable and a collection of board games makes this a great family room. A step up from the living room brings you to the large open space kitchen and dining room. Here a large rustic table and chairs seat 8. Opening onto the dining area, the kitchen is newly updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is open to the second living space as well, so it truly serves as the center of the house.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, twin trundle and a large TV with cable for late night viewing. There is a small en suite bathroom with a pedestal sink and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom boasts 2 queen size beds and a small TV with cable, and the second bath has a pedestal sink and shower. A large window provides lots of light. The backyard is delightful with a brand new fresh water pool and pool deck for sunbathing. Fenced and private, there is lots of dappled sunlight through both the tall trees and the two umbrellas on the patio. Lounge chairs, tables and chairs sit among lush flowering shrubs, a lovely lawn and Florida blue skies. THE LOCATION Our house is located in an older, established, quiet and safe neighborhood of multi-million dollar properties, making it ideal for families. Take evening strolls among tree-lined street reminiscent of moss-draped “Old Florida.” Or, take a walk to the beach. It’s a short distance to two beachfront parks and other Florida beaches. When you get hungry, or want to pick up souvenirs, restaurants and shopping are both within walking distance, as well. You may choose to ditch your car for your entire vacation, but if you do bring a vehicle, this home provides driveway parking for up to 3 cars. |
