Feet from the beach, bring your surfboard and beach chairs from the garage and cool off in the lap pool after a relaxing day in the sand!
 Superb restaurants, water sports like jet ski and boat rentals plus diving and snorkeling outfitters are all in walking distance. The two car garage has ample space for any vehicle you may bring, and bicycles you may want us to provide at a small fee. A vehicle is always recommended, but not necessary. 
Sleeping: 2 2 on 1st floor; 2 in bunkbed on 2nd floor, 2 2 in each bedroom on 3ed floor.  Total: 8 people

 This home hosts  a bedroom/bathroom on the ground floor plus a two car garage. This room is a quasi second master suite and has one king bed and a daybed that functions as couch or can sleep 2 if opened. It features a flat-screen HD TV and a walk in closet next to the full bath finished in marble. 

An elevator connects all 3 levels plus roof top. On the second floor there is a vast living area with open kitchen and dining area.  

The kitchen has a gas cook top and takes gourmet cooking to a new level! You will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and utensils making this open area any hobby cook's dream!  A guest bath plus a small bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children are also on this level. 

The third floor is occupied by two bedrooms with own bathroom each. One is the master suite and the largest bedroom in size. It features a king bed and a daybed that sleeps 2 if opened, plus a flat-screen HD TV. The adjacent bathroom suite has a Jacuzzi plus a shower stall, and is finished in marble. There are his-/and her walk in closets, plus a balcony. The other bedroom has a king bed plus a bunk bed, a private bathroom finished in marble and a balcony.  

The top floor is a roof top terrace that extends over the entire roof surhace, with lounge chairs pointed to the ocean for sun tanning and a stainless BBQ gas grill plus table and chairs pointed west toward sundown; the perfect place to end a day with a few cocktails in hand!
